Security deposit will depend on your background check. This is a very clean townhouse with 2 1/2 baths. Kitchen, Dining and Living are common areas. Only one person cooking at a time in the kitchen. There is a washer/dryer you are welcome to use. There is wireless internet and NetFlix, plus local channels. Sorry, No Pets. I have 2 kitties.
