Hello! My sister and I are trying to find someone to rent the third room in our second story apartment. We are looking for them to move in ASAP, at the end of the month. The common area (screened in porch, living room and kitchen) is extremely clean and about 90% furnished (our roommate who is moving is taking the TV, but we will be getting one soon). We both are creatives and my sister, Rowan, is more introverted while I am more extroverted and enjoy hiking on the trails right behind the apartment and swimming in the pool. We have one small cat and the litter box you see in the hall will only be there until our third roommate moves out. We are about 12 minutes from state, 5 from Crossroads Shopping center and about 14 minutes to downtown Raleigh. We are also right in front of Lake Johnson and there lots of beautiful trails to walk on and plenty of wildlife.
