Separate living room with Comfy sofa, recliner, large Flat screen smart TV and desk.

We have a cozy bathroom with shower and tub equipped with blow dryer, clean towels and all the necessary toiletries.

1. This space is on the lower level (basement level) of the hosts home. Host family lives in upper level.
No laundry access (laundry minutes away)
May Not be suitable for DAY Sleepers or Remote Workers.
2. Some areas have central air/heat and some have portable air/heat.
3. There are outdoor security cameras installed on the property. They are all clearly visible.
GOOD TO KNOW: The space is treated often but -We live in the South y'all and with humidity and rain since this is a basement a creepy crawler May wander in.
