Find Flatmates & Rooms for Rent in Gorham, ME

Quiet and clean, happy person that likes privacy and do not disturb. Latina, easy going

I’m a reliable, respectful, and easy‑going person who would make a fantastic roommate because I always treat shared spaces and people the way I’d want my own home treated. I don’t smoke, I have no pets, and I have don’t have children, which means our home stays clean, quiet, and low‑maintenance from day one. I’m comfortable with month‑to‑month leases, preferring flexibility while still being committed and responsible. I’m happy to share a bedroom and bathroom, so I’m very open to living closely and cooperating, but I also respect personal boundaries and private time. I speak English fluently, so communication is never an issue. I believe talking openly about small things like chores, guests, or noise prevents almost every conflict before it starts. I’m looking for a fully shared apartment and have no strong preference whether the room is furnished or not, so I’m adaptable to whatever setup works best for everyone. When it comes to household habits, I clean up after myself immediately, keep common areas tidy, and always do my fair share of cooking, cleaning, and general upkeep. I’m comfortable living with anyone aged 18–30, and I’m open to dogs, cats, and other pets, as well as non‑smokers, outdoor‑only smokers, and different backgrounds and lifestyles. I’m friendly and sociable enough to chat, grab coffee, or watch a movie together, but I’m also happy to give you quiet space when you need it. At the end of the day, I bring trustworthiness, a calm energy, and a helpful attitude exactly what makes a house feel like a comfortable, happy home for everyone.

As a full-time professional working in banking and building tech projects on the side, I value a clean, relaxed, and respectful home environment. I keep fairly regular hours and stay active by cycling around the city or practicing my French. While I appreciate having my downtime, I'm easygoing and always happy to share the kitchen, especially if it means treating my roommates to a batch of homemade Trinidadian stew chicken or pelau!

Hi, I'm a friendly, clean, and easy-going professional looking to buddy up with someone similar to find a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat. A bit about me: I'm currently finishing my Master's degree at UCL and will be starting a consulting role in July. I'm sociable and enjoy getting to know the people I live with, whether that's grabbing a coffee, exploring the city, or having the occasional flat dinner. At the same time, l also value personal space and appreciate a home where everyone feels comfortable doing their own thing. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable flat and want a good balance between being social and having your own space, I'd love to hear from you.

I'm trialling at a local football club and need some short term accommodation, that may turn into longer term.

My at-home-only service dog, Goose, and I are quiet, neat roommates. He’s a senior sack of potatoes, and I love a quiet night in. He’s a migraine alert dog, but he’s only ‘on duty’ at night since I can tell they’re coming on when I’m awake. In our free time, I love to bake, quilt, garden, read, and watch documentaries of all sorts while Goose likes spending his days basking in the sun or having a frolic in the yard. Goose is good with other dogs, but gets a little too rambunctious around cats and little things like rabbits or guinea pigs. He’s never cared about birds (one landed on him while he was napping and he didn’t move an inch) or fish, so I don’t think that would hold us up, and I’ve never had the chance to expose him to reptiles, so I can’t say on that count. I do work hybrid – very few calls and mostly just working on documents – so I would need a reasonable level of quiet (not silence, just no blasting music or throwing a daytime party without warning so I can go somewhere else) two to three days a week. I’m also super open to people in established relationships or just dating the gambit as long as communication is open about when people will be coming in, am happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions (barring celiac. Sorry, I just eat too much gluten. I’m happy to accommodate a gluten allergy or sensitivity though, since different utensils and cookware aren't necessary) and medical conditions for any shared items or storage, and have plenty of experience with splitting responsibilities with roommates which should help us establish a smooth routine!

Working professional, clean and respectful. Easy to get along with. Don’t mind pets or smokers

I am a 30 years old full-time waitress, so I don’t spend much time at home. I’m organized, respectful of personal space, and easy to live with. I don’t currently have any pets or a partner, but I do love animals and plants.

Hey, I’m Tony! I’m a 26 year old film student and barista currently based in Toronto! I’m studying with an online program at the Toronto Filmschool and I also work part time as a barista in a local coffee shop. I’m a clean and reliable person and I also don’t make much noise. Because of my schedule I will spend a lot of time alone in my room or at work but I’m also a very social person and I’m always down to hang out at the weekends! I’m very artsy and creative and would love to live with other creatives but I’m down for everyone! Here are three things I love: Billy Strings! I absolutely love Billy and the boys and will absolutely blast their music twenty hours a day (on my headphones haha) Sciene fiction and fantasy! If you wanna chat about Tolkien and the Lord of the Rings, I’m your guy! Tacos! I will probably have them four days a week and you’re always welcome to join me at the table!

I’m someone who blends curiosity with action. I’m driven by a genuine desire to understand how things work—whether that’s ideas, systems, or people—and I don’t just stop at learning. I like to apply what I discover in practical, meaningful ways. Growth matters to me, both personally and professionally, and I’m always looking for ways to improve, refine my thinking, and expand my skills. I value clarity, honesty, and thoughtful communication. When I take on something, I commit fully. I’m not afraid of challenges; in fact, I see them as opportunities to stretch beyond what’s comfortable. I bring persistence, creativity, and a solutions-focused mindset to whatever I’m working on. At the same time, I believe relationships matter. I try to be someone others can rely on—steady, respectful, and supportive. I listen carefully, consider different perspectives, and aim to contribute positively to any team or community I’m part of. Overall, I’m motivated by purpose. I want my efforts to matter, to create impact, and to leave things better than I found them. I’m always evolving, and I see that as one of my greatest strengths.
