Hi! Im looking to rent a room for a short term lease of about 7 months. Im currently renting with roommates but was given a bit of a short notice that we wouldnt be renewing and Im looking for a temporary stay until the end of July when I'll be moving states. I have a cat named Stimpy, hes very friendly and gets along with other cats. I love to cook and Im a little bit of a night owl so I may be in the kitchen late but other than that I keep to myself and Im pretty quiet. My only non negotiable is that I do work from home so I need to be able to connect to ethernet, I wont mind getting my own service connected if need be but the cable might be obvious as a warning.
