CURRENT ROOMMATE TO BE EVICTED SOON (due to defaulting on rent payments), then it will be just me and whoever needs to room. I've worked really hard on myself to be of sound character who can hold my beliefs and values without looking down on those different from me or to harbor resentment. I am honest with as much kindness as I can with that, and I communicate in a straightforward manner. I have never missed a rent payment and am a very steady and responsible person. I don't mind handling the money, paypal transfers, and making sure bills get paid on time. They are all in my name anyhow.

I keep to myself. I will mostly be focused on work. I simply just need a place to lay my head.

Hi, my name is Leon i am 25 years old and i want to build a future in Vancouver Canada, i apply at the moment for a Holiday Working Visa and finishing my master at the moment in germany. I am german citizen and never lived in Vancouver so i cant show you a canadian credit score or history but i can share bank statements and pay upfront or an additional fee for safety sake.
