Downstairs location as you face the house the garage on the right side leads to a separate side entrance to 2 homestay rooms, shared bathroom w/extra towels, linens, compact iron board w/iron etc.,shared kitchenette w/refrigerator, compact double cooktop, microwave, sink, coffee maker, compact oven, rice cooker, kitchen towels, pot holders, utensils, pots/pans, dishes, cups, wifi and stacked washer/dryer. Each guest is totally responsible for their own damage while they occupy their space and the common areas. There is a minimum 180 day stay. This is not a vacation rental for ur information n a homestay n if u want me to speak to u about Hawaii, please let me know during the early evening. In addition I charge a 100$ cleaning fee. If u use the kitchen area to cook n eat, please eat in the kitchen area and clean up after yourselves so we don't attract cockroaches or ants. i am nearby to Waikiki which is about a 5 or 7 minute walk. this is a private residence. There is no a/c, but a fan in your room. Do not eat in your room because the kitchenette area allows you to eat there. No smoking on premises, but at the neighborhood bank parking lot not even a minute away to smoke. Lot of free parking in the neighborhood that depends on the time of day. do not ask me to park on site. As for payment, before arrival, I would like payment by PayPal when u make the booking at my place to hold the place for u n there is no cancellation N No refunds. I love travelling and experiencing new places. I have already lived abroad for several years in Belgium, Norway, Poland and in China and now I will he happy to find a place to call home in the US. I am quite a calm, peace-minding person, who keeps to himself, no large partying and such (after having several years work as 24/7 shift technician support, it got quite out of me). I have recently earned my bachelor's degree in the International Relations field and I'll might look for continuing of my academic journey in the US for doing master's, however this might take quite time once I settle in the US. My professional background is being an IT specialist, with mainframe middleware technology experience. I have been working in this field for 5 years in the Czech Republic, I had a privilege to work in the IBM Corporation in the past and now I continue working in the Czech branch of US based Kyndryl Holdings company as mainframe middleware specialist. However, as I will be moving out of the Czech Republic, I will need some time in the US to land new employment. As part of my immigration process, I will be (hopefully) granted permanent residence status through a green card, allowing me to access US banking services, establish credit and start working in the country. However, the administrative processing can take a few months after my arrival to the US, therefore I won't be able to present neither green card nor US credit or bank account upon the arrival to the US. I am currently seeking short-term accommodation that would enable me to settle in the US, enabling me to complete necessary paperwork, find a job and maybe join a college to build on my educational experiences by pursuing higher degree of study. As I won't have all documents ready when arriving to the US (Green card, social security number, US bank account nor US credit score), I am prepared to pay upfront for a few months of rent to prove my ability to satisfy my rent obligations.
