Shortly after my arrival the country went on lockdown. Shortly after that other things started to follow a downward spiral. Now I'm stuck in FL without a place to live, no vehicle and no family.

I have 2 rooms available and flexible room mate to what is needed for every one to be happy in situation. $900-1100 rent and 1/3 of bills or how ever many people live in home at time. If a couple rents the larger of the 2 rooms available bills would be split by number of occupants in home. Home has cats free range indoor out door cats no fleas up to date vaccinated they are really chickens and will hide from you untizl you become friends. Preferred no more additional pets, I would make exception for one out door dog that is already claimed on lease but not here any more you must pick up your dogs poop not an option yard is not that big it builds up too fast. You must be responsible for your animal and pay pet deposit based on animals privileges and access to inside also 30 a month additional pet rent. I'd really not like to upset the animal balance. Other than that I like a serene calm environment. I like to garden and listen to music. I am a av contractor and my roomate so I do not have a set schedule but we are okay with those that do . I am a pretty quite person since I don't really watch tv even. I don't even drink I don't mind if others do so long as they keep it tasteful and respectful. I smoker, no smoking cigarettes in the house you may vape inside as long as you are respectful to those in the house around you at all times. Not a party house, not beating the Bible either tho I do believe in God and not forcing anything on any one. You must be responsible and pay your share of the rent on time before the end of the month so I can pay by the 1st. Late payments will result in being ask to move out immediately. I can't not pay late you can not pay late I have not been late on a payment yet and trying not to be late on any for any reason. I hope I don't sound like too many rules. But I assume these are the basic things. Other room mate is male with his own room and shares bathroom there is also half bath down stairs so there are 3 toilets here. 2500 sq foot house quite neighborhood, rooms are 160 and 140 sq foot one has a balcony off of it the other is curved.
