I'd like to move in as soon as possible. I'd prefer separate bedrooms, but it's not make or break. I don't start working until August but have various forms of income for the time being (such as paid workshops). I tend to go out a lot on weekends, I like to skate and do a lot of art-related things. I would prefer roommate rules so that we both understand each other's boundaries and expectations. I have a well-trained and certified service dog.
