We are in the center north of the agglomeration of Quebec City. The house is set in a wonderful lot that has very large trees and a cedar hedge surrounding it, directly on the 'Parc de la Rivière Saint Charles' and on the Bike Path 'Corridor des Cheminots' . Very well serviced by city buses, this is the best of both worlds. 3 Electric bike terminusses a short walk away. with a 10 min walk, you can also catch bus 804 that will get you to Laval University in 35 minutes. A very short 500m walk leads you to Wendake, the Huron amerindian reserve, with its prized museum, exquisite restaurants and fabulous Kabir Kouba waterfall(1km). You can also rent a canoe and enjoy the wonderful Saint Charles river directly! We love whole foods and bake goodies from time to time. We are a couple who work hard and savour quiet times when we are at home. We are looking for a long term rental person/couple for our upstairs bedroom. The use of the upstairs bathroom bath/shower and pharmacy space will be exclusive to this person. Other amenities are also possible.
