Looking to rent 1 or 2 rooms in 3 bedroom house. Eat in kitchen, dining room, living room, 1.5 bath

Apartments are too expensive right now and I'm losing a roommate so I'm considering getting another. I work in the morning on the computer other than that I'm gone most of the time. Apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom. There is room to store some things. There is a $50 fee for background check, references and employment.

The rooms are Lincoln, Heritage, Freedom and Mary Todd. There are two rooms with King size beds and two rooms with queen size beds.

We’re very easy to get along with, we help around the house, I can help w groceries as well for the house if needed. We have our own vehicle so we would prefer being able to park in the driveway of home or in front of building .
