Leasing is up in September 15 opened minded to renewal or move to a different place I am a single mom i have a 7 year old boy and a cat. I work M-F 6 to 3:30 as assistant teacher. i tend to keep it clean just wash or rinse your dishes after eatting I also do have lost of games to play in dont mind people coming over.Utilities are split evenly down the middle I keep the apartment about 73 or off during the day and at night I do prefer it colder. food is eat what you buy unless you want to go shopping together.
