It is located a 30 -min drive from city centre and 15 minutes away from Dublin Airport. 3 minutes walk to bus stop with a direct bus to downtown and Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. We like to think of this beautiful space as being your own tranquil space to relax, unwind and plan your day. The room to rent is very relaxing and quiet. It has a new double bed, desk, chair, desk lamp, built in double wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Two sets of bedding and two sets of towels will be provided, You are responsible for changing your bedding and washing the bedding and towels A modern kitchen contains all conveniences Bus routes 74, 161 and 15D are a 3 minute//900 meters walk from the house. The S8 bus route is a 8 minute walk from the house. The 16 bus route is a 12 minute walk from the house and goes to the city centre, TCD and Dublin Airport. UCD can also be accessed by a number of bus routes including route 74 later changing on to route S6 or alternatively walking 8 minutes/900 meters to a bus stop for S8 and later changing on to route 46A. Bus route 74 takes approximately 18 minutes to travel from the neighbourhood to the Luas/tram/light rail Green line in Dundrum. The Luas takes approximately 20 minutes to travel from Dundrum to College Green beside TCD A local shop/pharmacy/post office is 600 meters from our home Utility bills (electricity, gas, wi-fi) are included in the rent as long as usage is not excessive. I would like to meet new people.During your stay ,we will be two persons in the apartment.You will have a quiet big private room in the apartment(around 14 square meter) and a table with a chair, kettle and toaster inside your room.The bathroom is not private and you have to share it with me.

Hi I’m Una. I live here with my 2 Cats. I work based from home and also travel for work. This is a nicely presented terrace house in a quiet location. The room available , is bright & spacious with blackout blinds and is tastefully decorated with a comfy bed with new mattress & bedding . The bathroom is shared and is clean, compact with a WC, basin & shower. There’s a cosy living area, overlooking a really nice garden. Wi-Fi is available and is superfast. The location is very handy to public transport for the airport , Malahide & city centre. Swords town centre is a 15 minute walk with great shopping mall with restaurants & cinemas. There are some beautiful beaches & coastline to explore nearby , for leisure time.

The house is a recently refurbished property. The bedroom is a twin room suitable for either single or double occupancy. It is furnished with 2 comfortable beds and a large wardrobe, but it will be rented fully privately to you (unless you choose to rent with a friend). The bathroom has a shower and is en-suite. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances and includes a separate fridge/freezer and ample storage space for the use of guests. A separate living area with its own private entrance and TV (for streaming, etc.), completes the accommodation. Fast broadband is included. There is also off-street parking available. Sharon and John are your hosts, and we share the house with our two small dogs. We enjoy travelling whenever we can and have a love of walking, camping, and socialising with friends. It is 30 mn from Trinity College/ city centre and 30mn from UCD ( bus 17, 18, 44, 77, 83, 122, 123, 150, etc). 2 single bedrooms available. They share their bathroom with electric shower and laundry facilities. The living area has underfloor heating, the house is recently renovated and extended, with a stylish interior decor. It is comfortable, bright and spacious.

There are three people living in the home with two bedrooms occupied. We are looking for a fourth person to occupy a good sized single room.
