The rent here is $1,800/month (max.) altogether not counting utilities or internet. With everything included, you may be looking to pay around $1,100. I do have 2 cats, but they are both really friendly and you don't have to worry about cleaning up after them. All common areas are already furnished and I already have pots/pans/ and utensils that you can use. Furnished room with comfy queen bed. Private bath on that side of the house and access to laundry and kitchen. There is an old cat who lives in the house. He is 20 and indoors all the time. He sleeps 95% of the time in my room. I am in a new development that is about 8 miles from the closest hospital. Plenty of parking on a corner lot with an open space back yard. Perfect for quiet times or star gazing.
