The place is mine, and only I am here during the week. (though my girlfriend may move in at any point, would not impact you) My girlfriend tends to be over every weekend.
You would get the room and bathroom downstairs. We are upstairs or in the living room and everything you need is downstairs. IE: access to kitchen, laundry and internet.
We are friendly but also like alone time. Nerds and gamers and nightlifers. You’re welcome to have guests over and we will likely occasionally as well.
