Easy-going, calm and patient person. I enjoy making new friends and I’m always keen to learn new languages. Respectful, friendly and easy to live with.

I’m a tidy, respectful and easygoing person who values a calm and organised home environment. I work and study, so I have a structured routine and enjoy a peaceful space to relax after a busy day. I’m clean in common areas, mindful of noise, and always pay rent and bills on time. I’m friendly and open to a chat, but I also respect personal space. I’m looking for a comfortable and harmonious place to call home.

Easy going guy work 7-6pm most days. Pretty relaxed with people coming and going as long as they are reasonable.
