Find Flatmates & Rooms for Rent in Mineral Wells, WV

I'm a 55 yr old male who is looking for place. I'm easy going and work the night shift from 3-11 and usually get home around midnight. I have two f grown and 3 grandbabies with 3 step grandbabies. I am 420 friendly myself but don't drink or do any other drugs. Only people I really have over r my daughters and grandbabies on occasion. I'm usually over at their houses and I pretty much keep too myself

I'm a newly empty nester single mom if two girls and 3 grands i absolutely loved being a hands on gogo mom the house with all the school kids my house was always full of noise rather they were singing arguing debating or playimg a game deep talks and chats mommy daughter vibes so many things we did as mom trying hwrbest to learn my girls and it was getting close to them both turning 18 and my oldest made it her life long goal to torture me with a reminder nearly every morning of her 17th year which scared me but also made it surreal and in my opinion made our last year together super fast it went by so quik and before I knew it ,she was days away from turning 18 and I Knew I had raised very independent strong willed young women they both found jobs extremely fast and weeks later they were each at different times calling me to help them clean their apts before decorating it and overnite it felt like! I wake up off the couch looking around in the apt we once shared and they were gone friends that once needed me as a partime mom all gone just silence me and the walls and I think a little but of depression tried making its way into my life but I could identify it fairly quickly and got ahold of it and made a honest attempt to revamp and reconstruct my life for life part 2 I called it! Lifeafter surviving motherhood i found it financially straining after a while changing jobs more than once put a strain on keeping my bills on time so I finally excepted I needed to downsize to a roomate situation to live a more sustainable productive life i could afford and enjoy now I have lost my roomate her father is sick and she was forced to pack up in a hurry and head back to her home town to care for him herself so this is the very reason im making this profile, all good things come to a end so I expected one day it would end simply because it was nearly perfect we were in sync lots in common enjoyed taco tuesdays utube cracken jokes eaten hot tamales candy and relaxing ,I just didnt push myself to go fishing I had a room and my own bathroom washer and dryer connect and my job was across the street which I fell in love with so it was nearly perfect! I am so easy going calm mannered I work ,cook , decorate, refurbished wooden furniture, very lady like but I enjoy fixing things under a hood of my car and others fixing things around the house and helping those in need of food clothing, completing job and benefits apps , I also do taxes for very low rates I clean houses sell dinners meal preps braid hair and take the elderly to appts pharmacies if they need a bath I will do it wash their hair sit and chat and giggle with them be their personal shopper or assistant lastly u got pets and health is down call me I am a pet walker as well!! I enjoy life's gems

Well, honestly I do my part and go to work and get home will do dishes and stuff occasionally. Um I'm a graduated student of 2024 and have a job that iv been at for 9 months now and build a solid foundation to work apon. Only miss work when deadly sick witch is very rare. Hate being in debt willing to help and work out situations if needed. Most importantly trying to get back on my feet and get an apartment and or a car if the place is good to be around unless not wanted. I try to stay to myself, I don't have friends besides the people I work with but that's a work famly as I'd call it. I work 10-2pm sometimes 10-4, 6 days out the week. Not sure what els I could put down bit if anymore questions plz get ahold of me, trying to get in a place asap. Sry I'm not very good at this, lol

Hello My name is Daja, I'm a 22 yr old female who is looking for room/ studio apt (if possible). I am currently employed with two jobs. I am looking for a space safe for me and my puppy Killua. He is well crated trained and very friendly. while I do stick to myself, mostly doing my own thing I'm an very outgoing person so I don't mind getting to know as well as understanding , respecting and engaging in my roommates interests and boundaries. I love cooking but due to work I don't cook every night. I like my space to be my peace of mind as well as my puppy and the people I live with. While I do enjoy music I respect my roommate's noise volume preferences. I do go out occasionally and enjoy friends over one in a while, I make sure to not to bring any party home.

Hi! My name is André Santos, I’m Brazilian and I work full-time. I’m looking for a room to rent. I have a small to medium-sized dog who is well-behaved and fully house-trained. I’m clean, organized, and respectful. I don’t have any bad habits, and I’m also okay if others in the house do. I enjoy cooking and keeping shared spaces tidy. Please let me know if the room is still available. Thank you!

im kennid 18 looking for a room. uh babababbabababaabbahahahhahaahhaahhaahhahahahaahahahhaahahhahahahhahahahahahaha

I’m easy to live with and keep things simple. I work full-time in HVAC, so I’ve got a steady schedule and reliable income rent is always on time. I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m not the type to bring chaos or drama into the house. I’m also pretty handy, so if something breaks or needs fixing, I can usually take care of it instead of letting it become a problem. I keep a good balance between being social and giving people their space, so whether you like to hang out or just do your own thing, I’m good with either. Overall, I’m just someone who makes living together easier, not harder.

im a former us marine looking to get out of a bad living situation. i wont be a bother, you wont even know im there. i hate taking up space, and i absolutely would never want to cross any boundaries. i currently work at waffle house in florence, but am possibly getting transferred to tuscumbia as a shift supervisor. i do have a dog, her name is hera. shes a purebred German shepherd and is the sweetest thing on gods green earth 🩵

My Spouse and I decided to temporarily part ways. She has our buisness as income, I am starting from ground zero. Looking for a single room to rent in the areas surrounding greer/taylors/greenville/duncan, slighlty further locations will be considered. I am quiet, clean, drama free, transparent, easy going and easy to work with. My intention is to pay upfront for 1- 2 months minimum stay depending on price. I require the Space to be peaceful, drama free, no drunkeness (if one can drink and still be peaceful and respectful then ok, i do not drink or hang around it) if others smoke it must be outside, i do not smoke. My sole focus is to have a place to relax/work on creating a new frame of stability and structure in my life. I have handyman/ maintenance experiance so repairs can be negotioated if desired in the assumption that repairs are permissable by the authority over the work. Thank you for considering.
