32 year old Needs a room to rent. I recently moved to Mcallen and due to Family issues it would be wise for me to save money and rent a room for the time being until I feel more comfortable moving into my own place, which is the ultimate goal. I work as a server full time at nights and am currently seeking secondary employment for the mornings. I am clean, tidy and organized. I am quiet and don't have friends over, although I do have a girlfriend I wish to be able to visit, if not possible we can work that out. I do not mess with things that are not mine and highly value respect and courtesy. I am a musician on the side but will not be loud or play instruments inside if against wishes. My main goal is to find a safe place where I can sleep at night. I plan to be gone most of the time working or accomplishing other tasks. I am an early riser and do not stay up late.
