Hello, Professional Worker. I design nuclear systems. My work requires me to be in office 3 days a week. So I will only sleep in the room 2 nights per week. Maybe 3 nights during winter when there’s storms. This is perfect for anyone who is willing to reduce the price for a roommate that is almost never there. Access to Laundry and Furnished is a bonus but not required. I won’t have much of a footprint in the fridge or food cabinet. Thanks, Jason
