I'm self employed at the moment and getting by but definitely could use a roommate. Once I find someone the ceilings in the bathroom and kitchen dining room and living room is getting replaced. I replaced both bedrooms and hallway before I moved in almost 6 years ago. Since then I've put new lower cabinets in new sink and removed the flooring to replace and home had a nearly brand new bathtub, but needs the flooring done on there as well but being a general contractor I can do it all.
