I am looking for a private room and a bathroom and mostly looking for 6 months to one year lease.

We need one roommate that can sign the lease immediately, we can accept 2 more but one would have to reside in a room with no door by the entrance. It would make it a lot cheaper rent wise if we have 2 more roommates. So far we're all girls who are signing the lease, if anyone is able to sign today it'd be really great.
