Searching in NH
Hello. I am a professional currently working in Quality Control for a pharmaceutical contract manufacturing company in the area. I am looking to move out of my current apartment by the time my lease ends at the end of June this year (July 1st, 2026 would be my intended move-in date). I am preferably looking for a room in a home, apartment, condo, or townhouse with only one other individual if possible. Either as a co-renter or in someone’s existing home who has an extra room they are renting out. My hope is to find a place with no more than one other individual. I am quiet, courteous, and mostly keep to myself. I do not smoke, and do not have any pets. I would be open to the other person maybe having a dog, but I’m allergic to cats so unfortunately would not be able to live with one. I do not have any kids. I am okay with the other person having kids that visit occasionally perhaps, but would prefer not to be in a home where kids live full or part time. I would be interested in a place where I would be welcome to stay for an extended period of time as my intention is to lower my monthly housing costs in order to eventually save enough to purchase my own home sometime in the not too distant future.
