Silver City is the nearest town for groceries, gas, etc and is about 30 gorgeous curvy miles (an hour each way). You will need to drive through a creek crossing that is usually shallow, but can be volatile with heavy rains so please drive a vehicle with a little clearance (a small SUV is generally just fine).WiFi speed is approximately 10.50 Mbps Download / 1.35 Mbps Upload. Love pets cats dogs horses, etc. I don't have children of my own but I'm very child friendly. My husband and I live in this 4 bedroom/2 Bath house. It is just the 2 of us, and pets we foster from time to time. It has beautiful original hardwood floors and 2 separate living rooms that provide for space and privacy if desired. A small 1 car garage is attached, that you could use for your car or storage if needed. We split our time between Albuquerque and Mexico, so we come and go often!

I can only offer to be clean and tidy. I can cook and im great to talk too. I avoid issues and I like to work, sleep and exercise. I appreciate a calm environment overall.
