Im looking to move out of my moms place and gain some more independence. I make $3000 a month, am always sure to be tidy, and can get along with anyone. I have my own furnishings id like to bring. I also tend to socialize with friends online when i get off from work, which is around 11pm to 1 am. I have a perfectly normal speaking volume so im not too too loud, but if you're Particularly sensitive to noise during those hours that may or problematic. Other than that, i think id make a great roommate!
