Hi I'm Nat I originally room with my brother but he isn't the best help so I'm here!! I have two cats (1 year M + 5 month F) preferred if you like them and not allergic. I would not allow any other pets in (just not enough space). I take care of the cats full time so no worries about that!! I work an 8-5 so I'm gone a lot otherwise I'm a total homebody and mainly play games or read in my free time. Id prefer someone alternative and blue just because our views would align haha .. 420 friendly as long as it's outside for the most part. Just pick up after yourself and keep your room food clean (idc about clothing) because of bugs. Guest room has two windows and a walk in closet. Right next to the guest bathroom which has the washer/dryer. Relatively no outside noise aside from air conditioning hum every like 2 hours but it's just white noise! Id deal with all the bills id just need the rent on your end! Unfurnished room but don't mind helping and also space in living room if you need. It has some flaws (kitchen light doesn't work but we have a lamp) but it's a really nice place trust

A young married quiet ‘kept to themselves’ type of couple with one 3 mo/ old male kitten. We’re both respectful - especially of boundaries. Cordial personalities. We are all clean freaks - even the cat, he enjoys baths. 🧼🫧Babushka the 3mo/old black male kitten is very calm - not skittish or shy just a couch potato. He doesn’t shed very much due to routine bathing. Potty trained - and did I mention he’s a cuddle bug ? Me (Kat) (19) (F) I am a full-time receptionist and floral designer for a Flower shop. My husband (Danny) (21) (M) is a private contractor and is studying law. He has a medical marijuana card for severe joint pain and his heart condition but only eats medicinal gummies, the occasional vape and rarely pure bud and if so, done outside. We practice an open line of communication and hope you’ll do the same, we like to resolve discrepancies before they brew into something larger to ensure everyone has a chance to be heard and resolutions can be conducted to fulfill everyone’s home expectations. I was born and raised around here, he was not but unfortunately both of our wallets were stolen out of our car a year ago and we're having trouble prioritizing it to apply for apartments and etc. he can do pretty much anything, I'm a fantastic house cleaner.
