I'm a full time single dad struggling with rent my boys are 5 and 8 my girls (little dogs)are over 10 and sweet.i work alot.the way the house is set up is available room is on top with private bathroom and living room area you could make yours as well it does share with the kitchen and dining room and upper deck the downstairs is my room and the boys room and living area and private bathroom the laundry room is downstairs and is common ground so we will. Be passing through often to the kitchen and laundry room. I will be getting wifi and I do ask that you pay half the wifi and electric. So it's kinda like your own little apartment instead of room 775 a month plus half of anything we both will be using electric, wifi renters insurance my landlord will require backgrou d check and fee to apply
