You must be able to pass a background check, clean up after yourself, and provide your own food. Smoking or illegal substances of any kind are not allowed on the property. No pets. Rent is $700 per month. First and last months rent plus a security deposit of $300 is needed to move in. Lease is month to month with 30 days notice.
You'll be housemates with two other guys. One works on cell phone towers, the other does property inspections. We have a good routine going, and would like to keep it that way!
