Hello! Welcome to our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home. It is located 1.5 miles (6mins) from Riverside City College, 4.2 miles (13mins) from University of California, Riverside and 3.6 miles (7 mins) From Cal Baptist University. We are near public transportation , bus routes (few minute walk from doorstep) and a short distance from train station. I would be more than happy to show you how to get around the city and your school. We are less than an hour from the San Bernardino mountains, beaches and Disneyland. I am a Paralegal in beautiful downtown Riverside. My significant other works for Enterprise Rental Car. Our family is made up of 3 children and two grandchildren who live outside of the home,however, the all visit often throughout the week. We look forward to you meeting our family.

We have been hosting for more than 13 years and love it! Our house is in a secluded and safe neighborhood, centrally located about 3 miles (5 km) from the UCR campus and extension and about 3 miles (5 km) from the RCC campus. We have a pool and plenty of quiet property to study. There is a large park within walking distance with a picnic area, running/walking trails, and barbecue facilities within walking distance. We offer: All utilities WIFI Laundry facilities Meals are NOT provided. We have been a Homestay family since 2012 and have found the experience to be very rewarding. We have three boys who are very friendly and love to chat and play games with our guests. We have added a friendly dog, Athena, to our household who is sweet and loves to be played with.

Our Family lives ina 5 bed house in Fontana California south.We have a teenage and a 11 years old ( boy and girl ).My hose is locate a 45 minute driving to Los Angles. We have a large back yard, were we play basketball and we have done a lot activities from church. We have a big kitchen and a dinigroom that opens into a lovely place were we practice piano and guitar. Fontana is a safe city and has mountains were we go higking once a mounth and I hope that you enjoy with us.

The room we have available is downstairs with a queen size bed, tv, closet, and dresser. Our home has wifi access and plenty of space to lounge, we also live nearby many parks and recreational activities. We also have live in gated community in a safe neighborhood. My family loves to do outdoor activities on the weekends as well as watch movies. We live nearby a shopping mall and many other stores. We speak English at home but love other cultures and home to learn from our guest. We are a very happy and loving family who would love to host you!

Hi,my name is christina montano im currently been married for 6 years year with my husband. and we have two kid Isabella and baby frankie. we Love to do family outing and mostly stay to ourself. Recently My mother in law kick me, my husband and our two kids in the stress she didn't want us Living there she said it too much and she can't handle it nomore. so that when basically came homless and it been hard ever since on these street. we were using our motel vocher the county office had gave us which was the 16 days and Last friday was our last day and after that they can't help us no more and basically on our own. We been looking for a place everyday and still no luck eaither it not on budget range or its not available. So we been staying after motel after motel we do income of $1346 we are just trying to get a room for rent, we are willing to pay 950 with electricity included or watever you offer to us. We are good people we give no trouble we basically stay to ourself , most of the time I just go to my son appointment he has . we pay our rent on time and most of the time my daughter will be in school we just asking for help.hope somone get a chance and read this message.

Ima professional with a busy schedule. Usually leave at 730 and I come home at 9P. The place that I have is great for professionals. Works great for professionals who needs a place to stay and rest. The place is quite and the other roommates are respectful.

The home is located in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac with space to park on the driveway. The kitchen, family room, and dining/living room are all shared spaces. Bathroom is shared between roommates. I currently have a dog living here which will be kept in my room when I am away. Short distance to University of La Verne, Claremont Colleges, freeways, shopping and eating! Great for professionals/students!
