I am renting out a room out of my home (the master bedroom) for $600 a month. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom mobile home and is a very beautiful place. I am an extremely clean individual as well as tidy and would want the other individual to be the same way. I am looking for someone who is respectful, financially stable, and a non smoker as this happens to be a smoke free home. I do not couples, kids or other people's pets as I have 2 small dogs of my own. I do not want someone who has parties and or drinks in my home. I want 100% respect from who ever rents out of my home.
The home happens to be a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with an outside grill and chairs if you decide to sit outside to read or whatever you choose. It also has a nice size kitchen and has a garden tub which happens to be in the master bedroom where the person would be staying. You would have your own bathroom and would have your privacy. I would also expect the person to clean up after themselves and make sure they wash their dishes after their done. You will also have access to the washer & dryer but with the purchase of your own detergent. Again, I do have 2 small dogs who take to most everyone which means I would want the individual to be dog friendly. Who ever rents from here would need to register their vehicle at the office here. I would also need excellent references from the individual. And last, I am looking for an individual between the ages from their late 30's to mid 60's. Please feel free to contact me if interested.
