Im just looking for someone to split the cost of living with, the extra room currently has a bed, but if I need to move it I will, the rest of the apartment is filled, couches, tables. Etc. For the most part I won't really interfere in your day to day, I stick to myself and the dogs. As long as they aren't an issue living with me is easy and quiet.

My husband and I have a one bedroom available for rent. Our neighborhood is very safe. My stepson who is 22 lives with us. He works. 9a - 9:30p and his home only on Sunday and Mondays. Our home is very quiet and relaxing. We are very flexible on how long you would like to rent. Everything is included, except for cable TV, bed, and your personal items, such as toiletries, toilet paper, and we have filtered water (nuwater) there is a refrigerator in freezer in the garage to use. We have a landscape backyard with plenty of seating. Friends are allowed over, but no overnight guests.
