About Us:
Andy is a musician who is strong and silent. I am the nerdy social butterfly! We are looking for someone who fits in with our vibe.
Requirements:
Must be a female between the ages of 35 and 45.
Must work the night shift.
May have to help with minor financial essentials.
Must pay $50 for internet, $60 for streaming, and $90 for electric.
Must know housing repairment maintenance.
(Note: We will not be using the building maintenance here because they charge extra).
Any car is fine, but having a truck is a bonus.
Must have a pullout couch.
Must know how to play Spades, Magic: The Gathering, D&D, and other games as well (and must know other people that play too).
Must be 420-friendly and know how to control other device habits.
We are looking for someone who is nerdy, into pop culture, and enjoys making music, but you can be other things too.
Must have "OCD-level" cleaning habits.
Must be willing to help with my temporary physical handicaps (help with showers only; no personal hygiene like diapers required).
No kids or pets.
Guest Policy:
Family is welcome anytime. For anyone else who wants to come over during the first two weeks, we must interview them before they come over for security reasons.
