Hello I am new to the area and I am looking for a more permanent affordable situation for atleast 6months, I like cleaning,cooking baking and music and I work atleast 6 days usually.. I love to share and contribute to the home that I am in, I find that a joint effort in getting things done is the best way of making everyone happy and keeps and even playing field.. My love language is food and will randomly cook or bring home snacks for everyone whenever I have it to give, I will.. lastly this last year was my first real life test and I love how I came out it and was able to start over so I am usually actively trying to be positive and grateful for every single thing.

I have my own car I'm semi retired but I'm working part-time. I'm quite and I'm very respectful and I really don't have any baggage

I am renting out one room with a private bathroom in my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in North Charleston. The room is fully furnished and the bed is made up with new blankets, pillows and sheets. There is a large and comfortable screen porch at the back of the house with a TV and a heater. The house is located on the Ashley River, I have two kayaks, if you like to fish, you can do it on the creek, big river or on the dock in the backyard. If you would like to do your own gardening, I have plenty of space in my backyard. There is a TV in the room, where you can use all the paid movie apps - Netflix, HBO max, Hulu, Showtime, Paramount, AMC and Prime. The house has very fast internet, the rental price includes all utilities. I have two Quaker parrots, who fly around freely in the living room during the day. The person I am looking for, should be respectful and clean and shouldn't have bird allergies. 10 minutes drive to the Airport and 25 minutes to Downtown. Monthly rent is $1000 and deposit $1000.

Im a single farther that has a teenage daughter. I need a space for 3 months just catch up on debt that I have to move back on my own. I work in the oil field.

I’d be a good roomie because I’m respectful and mindful of other people especially people I share a place with. I’m not a big talker but once I get to know someone good I open up. In other words I’m not a Karen or annoying, and open to feedback if doing something you may not like. Also I know how to cook a little bit and I like cooking for others as well! I work full time, train at the gym alot so I’m not home all of the time either.
