I love to cook, craft, and yardwork, but during the summer you will either find me in my little pool out back or heading to the beach. Our home is located in private residential area with a shared entrance. Tenant will have access to street parking. Bedroom and bathroom are both located on 2nd floor and tenant is responsible for cleaning both during their stay. Cleaning supplies will be provided. There is a $100 cleaning fee. Tenant will have access to kitchen and have designated refrigerator in garage. Tenant has limited access to laundry and will need to provide own laundry products. Tenant will have access to iron and ironing board.
