Find Flatmates & Rooms for Rent in Nevada

I own the townhouse and am looking to rent out an extra bedroom. The room is on the opposite side of the townhouse with a 3rd empty bedroom you may be able to use for extra storage. I am fairly clean and quiet. I pay for monthly cleaning service and hope you can make your room available for them to dust and vacuum your room. I work 9 to 5 monday to friday with intermittent travel for work and holidays. Typically go to the gym early mornings. Weekends i am typically doing small adventures and errands and meal prep. I hardly ever have guests over and will ask for you to give me a heads up if you are having overnight guests. I will make room in the fridge, freezer, and kitchen pantry for you. There is parking in the neighborhood and you may be able to park in the garage if you have a smaller vehicle. Basics like toilet paper and paper towels can be provided. Utilities included with rent. Lease term can be negotiable as i know life happens and sometimes our personalities may not align.
