So for $1100 you get a furnished bedroom and your own office, utilities included. Now if you don't actually need that much space, talk to me and we can talk. No lease and come and go as you please. As for me, I work from home and do geeky stuff. One room is a craft &gaming room. Anyways... Right now I'm just putting up ads seeing what sites are out there.
