CSUN is 15 minutes, pierce colllege is 10 minutes and all other los angeles colleges are according to the time of day you travel. you do not have to be a student to live here. We have 1.5 year old beagle named Gracie, who remains outdoors unless she is with us. We are close to shopping centers, malls, schools, colleges, and parks. Our home is surrounded by a 1.5 mile tree walk park in a very nice neighborhood that is within minutes to the Metrolink and AmTrak. We are approximately 15 miles from a variety of Ventura beaches and piers and 30 minutes form Malibu beach. We love going to the beach, exploring the city, bike rides, hiking and walks. I love to play gold and my wife loves to cook and bake.
