We are a family of four, looking to rent out our single room. We are excited to be hosting you. We love meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds. We are walking distance to the bus stops. Routes to Birmingham Airport, NEC, The new Resort World, Solihull, City Centre, Heartlands hospital and Tysley train station is walking distance too.

Modern large detached comfortable home close to Birmingham City Centre. close to very fast bus links (15mins) to the City Centre. Rooms are bright spacious and have internet access and are furnished. There is also parking available. House is shared with parent and 3 adult children who are sociable and lively. We have had students for many years so we are accustomed to having other people about, we're quite a sociable household. We speak a variety of languages, English, French, Italian, German & Spanish and look for opportunities to expand our vocabulary and share cultural experiences. Our home has 6 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms a double aspect lounge which looks out onto the back of Victoria park and the allotments. We have a variety of instruments so if you play perhaps we can have a jam session! There is a spacious kitchen and guests have their own cupboard and fridge. We don't have a whole lot of rules in our house but the one which is of great importance to us to that we have to laugh as a family every day and we'd like to share that with you!

Recently refurbished rooms, fully furnished and lockable. Beautifully lit and warm also includes a bed, wardrobe, drawers, and sofa. Excellently located for Birmingham City Centre, Sutton Coldfield, Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Birmingham University, with bus stops and Erdington train station all less than 5 minutes walk away. Shared living room with TV, a full equipped kitchen, and family bathroom. You also have access to a large well kept garden with patio.

I love baking and cooking so you can enjoy some tasty treats from time to time! i live with my eldest daughter in a 3 bedroom house with a back garden and walking distance to the town centre. We have no pets but plenty of hospitality to share.
