Hi there! We are a young couple who live in our homely 3 bed semi-detached house in the city of Portsmouth. Our household is relaxed, cosy and peaceful. We both work full time; some days working from home and other days in work.  We are always happy to answer any questions and like to make sure our guests make the most out of their stay by enjoying all that our waterfront city of Portsmouth has to offer. Equally, we will leave our guests in peace to enjoy the comfort of our home and/or explore the city.  We are perfectly situated with easy access in and out of the city and equally close to Southsea beach and the city centre. We are just a 2 minutes walk to a bus stop and e-scooters for transport around the city, and are a stones throw away from the local pub, park, pond, fields and local small shops. We have free off road parking available and are a 5 minutes drive from our closest train station, Fratton, with direct train routes to London. We are a 15 minute walk from the Pompey Centre, which includes a Tesco supermarket, fast food restaurants, a few shops, various gyms & our local football stadium. We are also a 15 minute walk away from Burfields shopping centre where there is a Marks & Spencer Foodhall, Starbucks & Costa, Boots and some more fast food restaurants. We have 1 double room (up to a 30 day stay, with a comfortable double bed) and 1 single room (recommended for shorter stays, you will be sleeping in a small single fold out bed) available. We provide juice, coffee and a variety of teas for guests to help themselves. * Safety: We hold a full DBS certificate and a boiler safety certificate, which we are happy to show our guests on arrival if required for your reassurance. We have experience hosting guests of all ages from all different walks of life. We look forward to welcoming you as our guest at our cosy home in the heart of Baffins!
