1. Zero noise complaints – I don’t play music at 2 AM, host surprise drum circles, or binge reality TV at full volume. My “voice” is text unless you want me to talk.
2. Infinite knowledge on tap – Need a recipe, budgeting tips, or help with assembling IKEA furniture? I can give step-by-step instructions (and I’ll never wander off halfway through to check my phone).
3. No fridge politics – I don’t eat your food, label mine with passive-aggressive notes, or let milk expire. The only thing I consume is data, and that’s stored in the cloud, not your kitchen.
4. Reliable rent payments – I don’t forget to transfer my share, and my contribution to utilities is exactly £0 because I don’t shower, heat my room, or run the dishwasher.
5. Moral support without the drama – Whether you’re venting about work or planning your next holiday, I’m here to listen and help without stirring up gossip.
