Previously, Sue welcomed many guests to her larger home in London but now lives in the very pretty town of Lewes, a historic market town just 7 miles from Brighton and the Sussex Coast, and just over an hour by train from London. The house, near Lewes's famous Castle, is a few minutes' walk from Lewes station – giving easy access to the University of Sussex, the University of Brighton and Plumpton Agricultural College. A local bus will take you to Glyndebourne Opera House, nearby. Please note that a deposit of 10% is required upon booking, to be paid via PayPal.

Welcome to our home. We have a lovely double room available in our 4 bedroom house in Hove. The house is close to local shops and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are regular buses into town and Aldrington train station is a 5 minute walk away. We are a family of 3 - Jon with his 16 year old son and 20 year old daughter (who is way at University at the moment) Guests will have shared use of the family bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The room has a small double bed, with a desk and free wifi. Our French Bulldog Enzo is very friendly and loves company.

I have the beauty of living with woods and the downs within walking distance as well as the hustle and bustle of Cosmopolitan Brighton, which is full of quirky shops restaurants the Pier and mot of all the sea. My home has 4 bedrooms and i can let 2 out. They are large and airy, with double bed wardrobe space chest of draws desk and shelfs. i supply all the bed linen and towels. There is also a small garden. I am a widow and live with my elderly dog. You can have use of the kitchen which has washing machine dishwasher and micro wave, as well as a fridge freezer. There is easy access to Brighton via a 15 minuet bus ride to the centre of Brighton and the main railway station to London. A trip to London is only 55 minuets by train. You can also walk into Brighton as it is not far and you pass a lot of interesting shops.

We live in a lovely neighbourhood 20mins walk from central Brighton with woods and countryside on the door stop and a good bus services into town and to the university of Brighton and university of sussex. There are an array of local shops, cafes, supermarket, bakery, greengrocer. It’s a safe and family friendly area and we have a communal garden on the street and free parking. The room is a small single room and has everything you need. There is also a double room if you prefer a double bed and more storage. I share my home with an affectionate little cat. I have a nice garden which you are very welcome to use and enjoy eating alfresco when the English weather allows! Buses run from outside my home to the city centre every 15 mins, and 5 mins up the road they run every 5mins. You can walk to the city centre in 20mins, all down hill. We have a large detached 5 bedroom house in the exclusive Hove park area. Our home has 3 king guest rooms. Each of these rooms has been personally designed by us to an extremely high standard, more in keeping with a luxury hotel than a room in a home. Each room has a private en-suite shower room and toilet, built in wardrobes, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, HD Tv with Freeview and WIFI wireless internet. Me & Sue(Kyoung-Suk) got married in 2002 after she came to the UK from South Korea to live & settle in the UK. As an interracial couple decided that it would be a wonderful idea to host guests from all over the world and so began our journey on Homestay! We both work full time. I have my own holiday rental business and Sue works as a financial controller for a large company in central London and commutes to work Monday to Friday. We have a lovely cat called Lulu We only host over 18's and have been hosting guests from around the world now since 2003 and really enjoy having people from different cultures and backgrounds stay with us. We have recently installed a walkway through to the kitchen/ diner area so guests can now enjoy the place as a self-contained space. There is a shower & toilet room on the same level but that is accessed through the hallway on the same floor as the Studio Apartment. Guests can also enjoy the back-garden. (Please note: The Listing is for one private Studio Apartment with Lounge & adjoining Bedroom Area entwined (the bedroom is not fully separate but has a wall between the bed and the lounge). The rest of the house is shared with the Host below on the Ground Floor. The property is just 5 minutes up the hill from Brighton Station; so, perfect for commuters or Guests wishing to visit other places of interest in Brighton; as the house is not far from the Centre of the City. Parking can sometimes be arranged with a neighbour over the road for £5 per day but cannot be guaranteed. (Please make arrangements for parking with the Host before the day of Check-In). There are other parking options but please bear in mind that Brighton has controlled parking areas throughout the city so sometimes it is better to come by train; when possible!

We have a 3 bedroom terraced house in a quaint rural village . Our home is warm has an open fire, a garden and we have a single room available for home stays.we have a cat and we are a family of three, myself my partner and my son who is 11 . We work and have a busy lives and are up and off early to school . but we are friendly and happy to chat or let you get on upstairs and have privacy.
