My husband and I are retired. We own a 3 bedroom home and our children are now adults. You would have your own furnished bedroom on the opposite side of the house from our bedroom. You would also have your own bathroom. We have plenty of space to spread out and you would have kitchen privileges. You would have a place to park a car off the street. Our home has a living room, family room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, and a lovely, whimsical porch with an adjacent deck. We have flower gardens and pots with flowers, along with a native plant garden. We live on the Westside of Madison, WI, a city with lots of entertainment and activities. I am heavily involved with community theater. We have two grandchildren that may visit from time to time. We speak English, but know a tiny bit of Spanish. We have all this space and thought it might be nice to help out a traveling nurse with a furnitured place to live during their assignment.

Details: Rent is $735 each and includes everything but electric. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. Move in date is approximately Feb 1 but it could be a little earlier. Parking is available. Great location right next to Hyvee, bus line, pharmacy and dog park. This is a "workforce housing" apartment with income restrictions so you need to earn under $20,000.
