my name is riley, im a full time electrician who makes around 200 weekly up to 2.2k a month, and works 6 am - 2 pm, Monday though Friday. i smoke, but not a lot, and its usually outside before work. i am really quite, like to play video games on my consoles and pc, i play guitar but not too loud, and i can live in small spaces. i don't have many friends, so i dont have people over often.

I live in a toxic household and have Lupus, but am fully capable to get my own job, food, etc. I simply need an affordable room to rent so I can get a stable job, take care of myself and my dog, and fill my rental obligations. It’s understandable to be skeptical of a teenager fulfilling all those obligations, but I’ve had multiple jobs since 15, I’m mostly a homebody and I like simple quiet space.
