Our house was built in 1920 and has been lovingly and carefully renovated. We are in the much-desired area of 12South - 2 blocks from countless restaurants, coffee shops, and much more. Also on 12South, you will find a bus line that can get you to most places in our compact city. Just a few blocks from our house you will find the community center, offering a great place to workout! We are a quiet family of 3 (our son is 14) with a black lab named Shirely and two cats named Sunny and Stormy (like the weather here in Nashville :)!). We look forward to hosting you in our home!
