I'm easy going, non-confrontational, up for a drink or two at days end. I'm a non-smoker, but I don't mind vapers. I'm currently looking to live somewhere from 1st March whilst my new place gets renovated. So ideally I need to live elsewhere for about 4-6 weeks. I work 5 days a week and play tennis on my days off.

I live in an attractive leafy suburb with my 2 cats. This is a peaceful neighbourhood and is only 20 minutes (by train) away from the bright lights of the city. I have one double bedroom upstairs for guests, and all the linen (including pillows) is fresh and new. The room has a double bed, bedside table & lamp, chest of drawers, bookshelf, wardrobe & desk. A bathroom (with shower and bath) is adjacent as is a separate toilet. In warmer weather the lawn and courtyard are ideal for leisurely reading, relaxing and barbecuing, and...we have a hammock! We are only 8 minutes walk from the train and tram. The beach is an 8 min drive away.

We are a two person household with no children and no pets. We have a quiet and peaceful home. We both work full-time but are home in the evenings and weekends. We have a large garden and veggie patch and enjoy gardening. We occasionally have friends and family around on weekends for BBQs in the backyard. We enjoy cooking and watching movies. We also like to go on drives to local towns and national parks around Melbourne.
