Hi all! Just moved to MKE and have decided I could use a roommate. I have cats, so I wouldn't be able to take in any more pets. I would be renting out the master bedroom, which has tons of closet space and it's own half bath (which also has tons of storage). The rest the unit would be shared between us, but I already have furniture and everything else for the space. This is a dual residence, and I am on the top floor. The bottom unit is a wonderful couple. I keep a quiet and tidy home, and I go to bed relatively early. If you are interested I would love to meet up for coffee and discuss any concerns or questions.
