Currently I don’t make all too much, i work fulltime ( 36 hours at around $19 hourly), I’m pushing to change this in the near future by looking for a new job. I’m also currently enrolled in online classes to help boost my portfolio. Some of my nonnegotiable are I can't live with someone who smokes or drinks. Animals are a no go for the most part but I could be convinced if they're trained. My roommate also must have decent hygiene (if you have bad body oder and don’t wash regularly, we're going to have a problem). I'm not a neat freak but keeping things neat is polite.
