Adriana Has a House for Rent

My husband & I are relocating to California because my mother is ill & I need to be there. My 18 year old son will be in the home. He's a quiet gamer who works early morning & doesn't really come out of his room much, he has his own private restroom & he doesn't use the common spaces like that. WE PREFER SOMEONE QUIET AND CALM. NO PARTIES IN THE HOME. We don't mind the occasional cookout, (the home has a large front yard) but it's important to be respectful to everyone in the home. There is front steps but the parking is in the back so we use the back as the main door. There is a decent size back covered porch. The home is a older home and had some damage from Helene so there will be repairs here and there nothing major, but we will give u 48hr notice of any work that would be done. The Home is a 4 bedroom 3 bath double wide, with 3 bedroom 2 bath on one side and the master bedroom and bath are across the home by itself on the other side. Has a Large kitchen & Island with 4 bar stools. Living room, dinning room and family room between the master and the other bedrooms. Comes with a fairly new washer n dryer we got a couple years ago. The home is fully furnished, if for some reason u don't like the furnishings we can move them out of the way, that goes for anything u don't like. Right now my son occupies one bedroom and we the other and we will use the smallest room for storage when we leave in October. When we leave, we will list the other bedroom for rent as well. The $100 deposit is for a cleaning fee, if the bedroom is left clean and without damage it will be refunded. No smoking in the home and no pets. There is a pool in the picture that is no longer there. For long term leases you could put your own pool . I WILL BE POSTING MORE PICS. I HAVE A VIDEO I CAN SEND YOU IF U ARE INTERESTED.
