Sharon Has a House for Rent

We are pleased to offer a furnished bedroom with your own private bathroom for rent in a shared house with a fenced yard if you have small pets. Our home is located in Williston, Florida. That is halfway between Ocala and Gainesville. It's available now for $800 a month that includes utilities (AC, heat, electric, water, trash). We require the first month's rent. It is due by the 4th of every month. We are a monogamous loving lesbian couple and seeking a pet and gay friendly roommate to join our little pet family home. We have a big German Shepherd puppy, senior blind poodle, and cats that are all fixed. You are welcome to bring your friendly pet as long as they are okay with cats and dogs. We maintain a drug-free, smoke-free household, but you are welcome to smoke outside. We are looking for a long-term renter who is willing to purchase their own food and use the kitchen.Can share with cooking if you'd like.
