Ms. Has a House for Rent

Christian Homeowners with grown children, who live out of state are seeking a clean, mature, and respectful renter. Quiet environment, drama free, secure neighborhood. Application, background check, security deposit. Rental agreement will be provided. Minimum stay is two months, to start and an extension is possible based on mutual agreement. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared. The community has great places to eat, and convenient places to shop. Some stores in the mall close as late as 11:00 p.m. Our home is fifteen minutes (15) to the airport. Renter needs to be able to communicate effectively and be able to get along with individuals from different cultures.
