I have a spare bedroom up for rent in my house. I live in a lake community that is about a 10-minute walk to the lake front or an even shorter drive. Very nice area with great trails for going on walks. ALL utilities would be included with the rent like water, electricity, WiFi, trash, etc. I have a nice kitchen with bar seating into the living room. There is in-unit laundry access in the room connecting to the garage. There are lots of large glass windows/doors and skylights, so lots of natural light. I have one cat, but other pets are welcome. Plenty of shared community space for hanging out or storage needs. You are welcome to schedule a time to tour the property. ~1000 sq ft home ~110 sq ft room
